Plans and promise

How the free trial, plans, founding offer and our 90-day promise work.

Holdfast 90-day promise

If we don't show you at least 5 public contracts or tenders matching your trades and area (open tenders, or re-tender windows opening within 12 months) in your first 90 days of a paid plan, we refund your subscription fees for those 90 days. Ask by email within 14 days after the 90 days end. One refund per company.

  • "Matching" means matching the trades and area in your Holdfast profile.
  • The 90 days start on the first day of your paid plan, after any free trial.
  • To ask, email support@holdfastcontracts.com from the address on your account, with your company name.

Free trial

Every subscription plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start. If you choose a plan during your trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.

Plans and billing

  • Find: €99 · £89 · US$109 · C$149 · A$169 · NZ$179 a month.
  • Win: €299 · £259 · US$329 · C$449 · A$499 · NZ$549 a month.
  • Win + Hold: €499 · £439 · US$549 · C$749 · A$829 · NZ$899 a month.
  • Pro: €1,499 · £1,299 · US$1,649 · C$2,249 · A$2,499 · NZ$2,699 a month.
  • You pay in your country's currency, chosen when you sign up. Prices are before VAT, GST or sales tax.
  • Yearly billing is 10 months' price for 12 months (2 months free).
  • Founding members: the first 20 paying customers get 50% off their first 12 paid months, counted from the first payment after the free trial (Find €49.50 · Win €149.50 · Win + Hold €249.50 · Pro €749.50 a month; exactly half in every currency; a yearly plan's first year is half price). There are 20 places in total: a place is not given to anyone else if a member cancels, and the offer closes for good when all are taken.
  • Founding price lock: after the 12 months, a founding member pays their plan's price as it was on the day they joined, even if our prices rise, for as long as they stay subscribed. If they switch plan, they pay the new plan's price as it was on the day they joined (or today's price, if that is lower). If they cancel, the founding discount and the price lock end, and they don't come back with a new subscription.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Change plan, update your card or cancel any time from your Billing page.

Using Holdfast: no scraping

  • Your account is for your own firm. Don't share your login, and don't resell or pass on what you see in Holdfast.
  • No scraping or automated access. Don't use robots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts or any other automated means to access, copy or collect Holdfast's website, app, API or data, and don't try to get around our limits. The CSV export and alert emails are for your own firm's use.
  • Don't copy or rebuild Holdfast's database, pipeline, re-tender dates, holder lists, price ranges or reports, in whole or in substantial part, or use them to build a competing product or to train an AI model.
  • The tender and award notices themselves are public. Holdfast's selection, matching, re-tender estimates and the way it arranges them are ours.
  • We limit how many requests each visitor can make. We can block access, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these rules.

Your data

  • Customers: we keep your company and contact details, your login (the password only as a one-way hash), your profile, and the evidence you write for bid drafts. Tender documents you upload are read once and not stored.
  • Free weekly email: we keep your email address, the trade and area you chose, and when you agreed and confirmed. We use it only to send that email. When you unsubscribe we keep a note of it so you are never emailed again.
  • Who helps us: Stripe handles payments (we never see your card), Resend sends our emails, and Anthropic's Claude reads tender documents and drafts answers for you.
  • To see, correct or delete your data, email support@holdfastcontracts.com.

About the data

Holdfast reads public award and tender notices (for Ireland and Malta, EU TED). Re-tender dates are estimates from the published contract term; where no term was published, 48 months is assumed. Award values are ceilings from the notices, not amounts paid. Bid drafts, compliance and TUPE outputs are drafts for you to review; they are not legal advice.
